摘要
目的研究全专联合背景下社区PCI术后患者康复管理效果评估。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月行PCI术的冠心病患者为研究对象,共60例,将其按照随机数字表法分组,分为对照组和观察组,各组均为30例。对照组采取常规门诊随访管理,观察组采取全科与专科结合团队式康复管理,对比两组患者康复管理效果。结果24周、48周后观察组6 min步行试验距离明显远于对照组;观察组24周、48周肝肾功能水平恢复明显优于对照组;观察组24周、48周血脂、血糖水平明显改善于对照组;观察组24周、48周心肺功能明显改善于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论全科与专科相结合,团队式康复管理对PCI患者的术后改善效果更显著,能够改善患者心肺能力、并适当降低心血管事件的再发生率。
Objective To study the evaluation of rehabilitation management after community PCI in the background of comprehensive combination.Methods A total of 60 CAD patients undergoing PCI from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided by random numbers and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine outpatient follow-up management,and the observation group adopted team rehabilitation management combining general practice and specialty to compare the rehabilitation management effect of the two groups.Results The 6-minute walking distance in the observation group after 24 and 48 weeks was significantly farther than the control group;the recovery of liver and kidney function at 24 and 48 weeks was significantly better than the control group;the blood lipid and blood glucose levels were significantly improved at 24 weeks,and the improvement of cardiopulmonary function at 24 and 48 weeks was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of general practice and specialty,team rehabilitation management has more significant postoperative improvement of PCI patients,which can improve the cardiopulmonary ability of patients,and appropriately reduce the reincidence of cardiovascular events.
