摘要
目的探讨在2型糖尿病患者的护理中采取人性化护理的临床效果,观察对其生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年8月在单县中医医院内科接受治疗的107例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据患者的护理方案分为对照组(n=53,常规护理)与研究组(n=54,人性化护理),对比两组治疗依从性、糖尿病相关知识掌握度、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗依从性为96.30%较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.112,P<0.05);研究组糖尿病相关知识中诱发因素(90.54±4.05)分、治疗方法(91.55±4.18)分,血糖监测(92.58±4.23)分,防控手段(95.85±4.39)分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.072、15.257、13.579、14.434,P<0.05);研究组生活质量中认知功能(87.16±4.54)分、情感功能(85.65±4.08)分、躯体功能(87.13±4.12)分、社会功能(88.16±4.21)分、角色功能(84.04±4.28)分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=11.542、15.645、17.102、12.343、12.845,P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者的护理中采取人性化护理能够提高其治疗依从性,提高患者对糖尿病的认知,有利于患者病情的好转,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in the care of type 2 diabetes mellitus pa-tients and observe the effect on their quality of life.Methods 107 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in the Department of Internal Medicine of Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into the control group(n=53,conventional nursing care)and the study group(n=54,humanized nursing care)according to the patients'care plan.Compared the treatment adherence,diabetes-related knowledge mastery,and quality of life scores.Results Treatment adherence(96.30%)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.112,P<0.05).Predisposing factors(90.54±4.05)points,treatment(91.55±4.18)points,blood glucose monitoring(92.58±4.23)points,and means of prevention and control(95.85±4.39)points of diabetes-related knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.072,15.257,13.579,14.434,P<0.05).Cognitive functioning(87.16±4.54)points,affective functioning(85.65±4.08)points,somatic functioning(87.13±4.12)points,social functioning(88.16±4.21)points,and role functioning(84.04±4.28)points in the quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.542,15.645,17.102,12.343,12.845,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting humanized nursing in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve their treatment compliance,improve patients'knowledge of diabetes melli-tus,facilitate the improvement of patients'condition and improve their quality of life.
