摘要
目的 探讨外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体4(TLR4)和B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)表达水平与免疫球蛋白(Ig)A肾病患者临床指标的关系。方法 回顾性分析122例IgA肾病患者的临床资料,比较不同外周血单个核细胞TLR4和BLyS表达水平患者临床指标,并分析外周血单个核细胞TLR4和BLyS表达水平与临床指标的相关性。结果 低TLR4水平组和高TLR4水平组间、低BLyS水平组和高BLyS水平组间性别、收缩压、高血压史、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血尿酸、血肌酐和尿素氮差异均有统计学意义;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,IgA肾病患者外周血单个核细胞TLR4、BLyS表达水平与收缩压、LDL、血尿酸和血肌酐水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 外周血单个核细胞TLR4和BLyS表达水平与IgA肾病患者收缩压、LDL、血尿酸和血肌酐水平均呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlations of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and B lymphocyte stimulator(BLyS)expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with clinical indicators of patients with immunoglobulin(Ig)A nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with IgA nephropathy were retrospectively analyzed,and clinical indicators of patients with different TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were compared,and the correlations of TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with clinical indicators were analyzed.Resultss There were statistically significant differences in gender,systolic blood pressure,history of hypertension,low-density lipoprotein(LDL),blood uric acid,blood creatinine,and urea nitrogen between the low and high TLR4 groups and between the low and high BLyS groups;the Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure,LDL,blood uric acid,and blood creatinine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy(all P<0.05).Conclusion The TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells are positively correlated with systolic blood pressure,LDL,blood uric acid,and blood creatinine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy.
