摘要
目的:分析异常子宫出血(abnormal uterine bleeding,AUB)在宫腔镜电切术(transcervical resection endometrium,TCRE)联合曼月乐治疗的实际改善效果。方法:在本院妇产科2020年8月~2023年8月入院就诊AUB女性患者中选出100例,结合临床方案分为TCRE组(TCRE)和联合组(TCRE+曼月乐),对比不良事件发生率、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白(Hb)和性激素指标。结果:TCRE组和联合组患者不良事件发生率分别为16%、2%;子宫内膜厚度分别为(6.34±0.30)mm、(5.12±0.20)mm;LH分别为(10.77±1.62)U/L、(8.77±1.58)U/L,FSH分别为(11.70±1.42)U/L、(9.33±1.26)U/L,联合组数据偏小;Hb指标分别为(85.86±2.62)g/L、(94.92±2.73)g/L,联合组数据偏大,组间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:AUB在TCRE与曼月乐联合治疗下能够取得显著疗效,且安全性良好。
Objective:To analyze the actual improvement of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB abnormal uterine bleeding)in hysteroscopic electroresection(TCRE transcervical resection endometrium)combined with Mirena.Methods:100 female patients with AUB admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into a TCRE group(TCRE)and a combination group(TCRE+Mirena)based on the clinical plan.The incidence of adverse events,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin(Hb),and sex hormone indicators were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the TCRE group and the combination group was 16%and 2%;Endometrial thickness(6.34±0.30)mm,(5.12±0.20)mm;LH(10.77±1.62)U/L,(8.77±1.58)U/L,FSH(11.70±1.42)U/L,(9.33±1.26)U/L,the joint group data is slightly smaller;The Hb index(85.86±2.62)g/L,(94.92±2.73)g/L,large combined group data,statistical difference between the groups existed(P<0.05).Conclusion:AUB can achieve significant therapeutic effects and good safety under the combined treatment of TCRE and Mirena.
