摘要
目的:本研究旨在分析在重症监护病房(ICU)中进行呼吸机管理对急性脑血管意外昏迷患者的影响,并通过比较传统插管治疗与喉罩呼吸机治疗两种策略的复苏成功率、一次性插管成功率和插管所需时间,评估其效果。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年12月的100例急性脑血管意外昏迷患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用传统的插管治疗,观察组采用喉罩呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者的复苏成功率、一次性插管成功率和插管所需时间。结果:观察组使用喉罩呼吸机治疗的患者在复苏成功率方面表现出更好的结果(P<0.05)。观察组患者的一次性插管成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且插管所需时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:喉罩呼吸机治疗在重症ICU急性脑血管意外昏迷患者中表现出良好的效果。相比传统插管治疗,喉罩呼吸机治疗可以提高复苏成功率,并减少一次性插管的失败和插管所需时间。因此,将喉罩呼吸机作为一种有效的治疗策略,有助于改善重症ICU急性脑血管意外昏迷患者的预后。
Objective:This study aims to analyze the impact of mechanical ventilation management in the intensive care unit(ICU)on comatose patients with acute cerebrovascular accident and evaluate the effectiveness by comparing the strategies of conventional intubation treatment and laryngeal mask ventilation in terms of resuscitation success rate,first-attempt intubation success rate,and intubation time required.Methods:A total of 100 comatose patients with acute cerebrovascular accident admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group(conventional intubation treatment)and observation group(laryngeal mask ventilation).The resuscitation success rate,first-attempt intubation success rate,and intubation time required were compared between the two groups.Results:The results showed that patients in observation group treated with laryngeal mask ventilation had better resuscitation success rate(P<0.05).Furthermore,the first-attempt intubation success rate was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the intubation time required was shorter in observation group compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask ventilation demonstrates good effectiveness in comatose patients with acute cerebrovascular accident in the intensive care unit.Compared to conventional intubation treatment,laryngeal mask ventilation improves the resuscitation success rate and reduces the failure of first-attempt intubation and intubation time required.Therefore,utilizing laryngeal mask ventilation as an effective treatment strategy contributes to improving the prognosis of comatose patients with acute cerebrovascular accident in the ICU.
