摘要
目的探讨盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的53例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。参照组(26例)实施硫酸镁治疗,研究组(27例)实施盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗,比较两组的血压水平、不良妊娠结局、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率与参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.40%,低于参照组的15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压疾病患者积极实施盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗,可积极改善血压指标及妊娠结局,且药物治疗安全性相对较高。
Objective To exploring the clinical effect of combination of rabelol hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods 53 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(26 cases)was treated with magnesium sulfate,while the study group(27 cases)was treated with rabolol hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate.The blood pressure levels,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant dfference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.40%,lower than the reference group's 15.38%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively implementing the combination of rabolol hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate treatment for patients with gestational hypertension can actively improve blood pressure indicators and pregnancy outcomes,and the drug treatment safety is relatively high.
