红外热成像在臭氧大自血疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的评估作用

摘要 目的观察红外热成像(ITI)技术在臭氧大自血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)过程中的客观评价作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年11月南方医科大学顺德医院疼痛科收治的行常规联合臭氧大自血治疗的PHN患者36例作为研究对象。分别采集并分析治疗前、治疗后3 d、治疗后5 d患者患侧及健侧的区域内平均相对温度(ART)值及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果患者治疗前、治疗后3 d、治疗后5 d患侧ART值均高于健侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前、治疗后3 d、治疗后5 d△ART值、VAS评分逐渐减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS评分和ART之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论ITI可以客观评价PHN患者的治疗效果,值得各级医院推广应用。 Objective To observe the objective evaluation effect of infrared thermal imaging(ITI)technology in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)with ozone major autohemotherapy.Methods A total of 36 PHN patients admitted to the Pain Department of Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2021 to November 2022,who underwent routine treatment combined with ozone major autohemotherapy,were selected as the study subjects.The average relative temperature(ART)values and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the affected and healthy sides of patients before treatment,3 days after treatment,and 5 days after treatment were collected and analyzed,respectively.Results The ART values of the affected side were higher than those of the healthy side before treatment,3 days after treatment,and 5 days after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).△ART value and VAS score of patients gradually decreased before treatment,3 days after treatment,and 5 days after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no correlation between VAS score and ART(P>0.05).Conclusion ITI can objectively evaluate the treatment effect of PHN patients and is worth promoting and applying in hospitals at all levels.
