摘要
思想政治教育专业人才是思想政治教育事业发展的第一资源。元宇宙浪潮来袭,其高阶技术的集群性、虚实共生的交互性以及用户导向的理念内涵是构建高水平思想政治教育专业人才培养体系的重要助力。在政策导向、实践变革以及人才需求的三重语境下,元宇宙赋能思想政治教育人才培养得以立意开局。思想政治教育专业人才培养是由培养者、培养对象、培养介体和培养环体构成的一项系统性工程,元宇宙对其人才培养的赋能过程既有诸要素的现实之变,也有党的领导、人才培养根本任务、学科属性立场的坚定不变,这是元宇宙赋能思想政治教育人才培养面临的现实变局。新时代思想政治教育专业人才培养应于变局中谋布局,在正确认识和处理“变”与“不变”的辩证关系中实现人才培养的守正创新,推动新时代思想政治教育事业的长远发展。
Professionals in ideological and political education are the primary resources for the development of ideo-logical and political education.The wave of metaverse is coming,and its clustering of high-order technology,the inter-activity of virtual and real symbiosis,and the conceptual connotation of user-orientation can boost the building of a high-level ideological and political education professional talent training system.In the context of policy orientation,practice change and talent demand,the metaverse is of great value in empowering the cultivation of ideological and polit-ical education talents.The cultivation of ideological and political education professionals is a systematic project composed of training subjects,training objects,training medium and training environment.The process of the metaverse's empow-erment of talent cultivation has both the reality of the changes of the elements and the firm and unchanging stance of the party's leadership,the fundamental task of talent cultivation,and the attributes of the discipline,which is the reality of the change faced by the metaverse's empowerment of the cultivation of ideological and political education talents.The layouts of the training of ideological and political education professionals in the new era should be made in the light of the changing situations.In order to uphold fundamental principles and break new ground of the cultivation of talents and to promote the long-term development of the cause of ideological and political education in the new era,the dialectical relationship between"changing"and"unchanged"should be understood and handled in appropriate ways.
