摘要
文章旨在探究蛙皮素抗菌肽Caerin 2.1的生物学功能,利用在线生物信息学软件对蛙皮素抗菌肽Caerin 2.1的特性进行分析。结果显示,蛙皮素抗菌肽Caerin 2.1由25氨基酸组成,为阳离子型多肽,二级结构中主要包含α-螺旋和少量β结构及无规则卷曲,理论等电点为9.99,净电荷为+2,具有较好的稳定性,呈疏水性,为细胞内表达,具有3个磷酸化位点。研究表明,对蛙皮素抗菌肽Caerin 2.1的预测分析可为天然抗菌肽改造以获得稳定安全的抗生素替代品提供信息学基础。
The paper was to explore the biological function of the antimicrobial peptide Caerin 2.1,and to analyze the characteristics of the antimicrobial peptide Caerin 2.1 by the online bioinformatics software.The results showed that Caerin 2.1,an antimicrobial peptide derived from bombesin,was composed of 25 amino acids and was a cationic polypeptide.Its secondary structure mainly contained anα-helix,a fewβstructures and irregular curls.Its theoretical isoelectric point was 9.99,and its net charge was+2.It was stable,hydrophobic,expressed intracellularly and had three phosphorylation sites.The study indicates that the prediction analysis of Caerin 2.1 can provide information basis for modification of natural antimicrobial peptides to obtain stable and safe alternatives to antibiotics.
