当今港口机械制造行业发展进程不断推进,机械制造行业不断发展,港口机械制造项目的复杂性凸显,使一些管理人员只重视质量和投资,却忽视了进度管控。因此,在港口机械制造项目管理工作中,项目建设相关管理人员应在组织管理、物资统筹、资金审批、现场环境等方面进行全面认真分析,确保港口机械制造项目的顺利开展。
The development process of the port machinery manufacturing industry is constantly ad⁃vancing,and the complexity of port machinery manufacturing projects is becoming prominent.This has led some management personnel to only focus on quality and investment,but neglect schedule control.Therefore,in the management of port machinery manufacturing projects,project construction related management personnel should conduct comprehensive and serious analysis in organizational management,material coordination,fund approval,on-site environment,and other aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of port machinery manufacturing projects.
