摘要
测风仪是风力发电机组的重要组成部分,安装在机舱上方靠近机舱尾部,因此暴露在强雷电磁场环境下。测风仪的安全运行关系着风机的正常运行。通过有限元仿真的方法对一款风电测风仪进行雷电附着点和雷电流损伤仿真模拟,并对该防雷系统的进行初始先导附着试验和电弧引入试验。将雷击试验与仿真结果相对比,初始先导附着试验表明接闪环的接闪效果不佳,测风仪存在被雷击的风险,试验结果与仿真结果一致;电弧引入试验表明,短冲击放电后雷击处接闪环有烧蚀,试验数据与仿真结果一致。下一步,根据仿真和试验结果对接闪器结构进行改进,并通过仿真计算进行验证。研究结果对测风仪支架的接闪器设计具有重要的理论指导意义。
The anemometer is an important part of the wind turbine.Installed above the nacelle near the tail of the nacelle,the anemometer is exposed to the strong lightning magnetic field.The safe operation of the anemometer is related to the normal operation of the wind turbine.The lightning attachment point and lightning current damage of a wind turbine anemometer are simulated by finite element method,initial leader attachment test and arc entry test of the lightning protection system are carried out.By comparing the lightning test with the simulation results,the initial leader attachment test shows that the ring receptor has poor flashing effect and the anemometer has the risk of being struck by lightning.The test results are consistent with the simulation results.The arc entry test shows that the receptor at the lightning strike is ablated after short impact discharge,and the experiment data is consistent with the simulation results.Then,according to the simulation and test results,the structure of the receptor is improved and verified by simulation calculation.The research results have important theoretical guiding significance for the design of the receptor of anemometer support.
