摘要
新乡贤作为乡村治理的协同主体,是实现乡村振兴的重要力量。新的时代条件下,新乡贤在推动乡村经济发展、加强乡村治理、营造乡贤文化中发挥了重要作用。新乡贤在参与乡村治理的过程中面临着权力重叠、动力不足、法治缺失的现实困境。通过界定权责,构建乡村治理共同体、保障利益,建立完善的激励制度、完善法制,提供治理的有力支撑等路径,走出乡村治理困境,推动新乡贤村治工作的有序展开。
As a collaborative entity in rural governance,The new county sage is an important force in achieving rural revitalization.In the new era,the new county sages have played an important role in promoting rural economic development,strengthening rural governance,and creating a culture of rural elites.In the process of participating in rural governance,New county sages face such practical difficulties as overlapping power,insufficient motivation,and lack of rules or law.By defining rights and responsibilities,building a rural governance community,safeguarding interests,establishing a sound incentive system,improving the legal system,and providing strong support for governance,we can overcome the difficulties of rural governance and promote the orderly development of governance work of new county sages.
