专科解剖结合医学美学教育在整形外科教学中的实践 被引量:1

Practice of Professional Anatomy Combined with Medical Aesthetic Education in Plastic Surgery Teaching

摘要 目的通过研究专科解剖学结合医学美学教育在整形外科中的实践,以期提高整形外科的专科教学质量和医师临床服务能力。方法选取2020年1月1日-2021年5月31日某三级综合医院整形外科专业基地规范化培训30名医师作为对照组,选取某院2021年6月1日-2023年5月31日基地规范化培训的32名住院医师为观察组。对照组按整形外科专业基地规范化培训要求进行教学培训。观察组在对照组基础上,采用专科解剖结合医学美学进行教学培训。比较2组医师入科时基本情况、理论操作考核成绩及3个月出科时理论考试、操作考试得分,以及临床判断能力得分。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料采用χ^(2)检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2组医师的年龄、性别、入科考试成绩及比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,具有可比性。观察理论操作考试综合得分(86.81±2.58)分,高于对照组(73.37±5.43)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组临床判断评价量表得分(36.94±1.48)分,高于对照组(27.07±2.25)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论专科解剖结合医学美学教育培训对整形医师在临床理论知识、操作技能及临床思维能力均有不同程度提升,可以在住院医师规范化培训中推广。 Objectives To study the practice of specialized anatomy combined with medical aesthetic education in plastic surgery,so as to improve the quality of specialty teaching and clinical service ability of doctors.Methods Thirty physicians receiving standardized training in the plastic surgery specialty base of a third-level general hospital from January 1st,2020 to May 31st,2021 were selected as the control group,and 32 resident physicians receiving standardized training in the plastic surgery specialty base of a hospital from June 1st,2021 to May 31st,2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received teaching training according to the standardized training requirements of plastic surgery professional base.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was trained with specialized anatomy combined with medical aesthetics.The two groups of doctors were compared with the basic situation at the time of admission,the score of the theoretical operation examination,the score of the theoretical examination,the score of the operational examination,and the score of the clinical judgment ability.t test was used for measurement data andχ^(2)test was used for counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There was no significant difference in age,sex,entrance examination scores and comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).The comprehensive score of observation theory operation test(86.81±2.58)points was higher than that of control group(73.37±5.43)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of clinical judgment scale in the observation group(36.94±1.48)was higher than that in the control group(27.07±2.25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Specialized anatomy combined with medical aesthetic education and training could improve the clinical theoretical knowledge,operational skills and clinical thinking ability of plastic surgeons to varying degrees,which could be popularized in the standardized training of re
