摘要
为明析不同档次再造烟叶的质量特性,对国内14个不同档次的再造烟叶样品进行纤维形态、常规物理指标、常规化学指标、挥发性致香成分和内在感官质量进行分析。结果表明:(1)随着再造烟叶档次的提升,对削弱再造烟叶抗张强度、撕裂强度等物理性质的扭结纤维比例均值升高,对提高纤维留着、浆料滤水性能的细小纤维占比均值降低。(2)中高档再造烟叶热水可溶物含量低于低档造纸法再造烟叶产品1%,低中档造纸法再造烟叶灰分含量均值高于高档再造烟叶产品1%。(3)总糖、还原糖含量均值随再造烟叶档次的提升而逐渐提升,低档再造烟叶总植物碱含量稍高于中高档再造烟叶为1.26%。(4)随着再造烟叶档次的提升,对烟香贡献较大的酮类、醛类、酯类挥发性致香成分含量均值下降,再造烟叶内在感官质量,香气量、香气质、舒适性和浓度提升,木质杂气和刺激性降低。
In order to determine the quality characteristics of different grades of paper-process reconstruct tobacco.Through the analysis of fiber,physical indexes,chemical indexes,solvent extraction and sensory quality of 14 different grades of reconstituted tobacco samples in China.The results showed that:(1)With the improvement of the grade of reconstituted tobacco,the average proportion of kinked fibers that weakened the physical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength of reconstituted tobacco gradually increased,and the average proportion of fine fibers that improved fiber retention and slurry water filtration properties gradually decreased.(2)The content of hot water soluble matter in medium and high-grade reconstituted tobacco leaves was 1%lower than that of low-grade paper-making reconstituted tobacco products,and the average ash content of low-grade and medium-grade paper-made reconstituted tobacco leaves was 1%higher than that of high-grade reconstituted tobacco products.(3)The average content of total sugar and reducing sugar gradually increased with the improvement of the grade of reconstituted tobacco leaves,and the total phytoalkali content of low-grade reconstituted tobacco leaves was slightly higher than that of medium and high-grade reconstituted tobacco leaves by 1.26%.(4)With the improvement of the grade of reconstituted tobacco leaves,the average content of volatile aroma-causing components of ketones,aldehydes and esters that contribute more to tobacco gradually decreased,and the intrinsic sensory quality,aroma quantity,aroma quality,comfort and concentration of reconstituted tobacco leaves increased,and the woody impurities and irritation decreased.
