摘要
数据算法的飞速发展在方便用户生活的同时也带来了信息茧房效应,研究其在图书馆服务层面的价值思辨及治理模式,对提高用户体验、促进图书馆服务高效、可持续发展有重要意义。通过网络调研从“人—技关系”“图书馆端服务”与“用户端体验”三个角度分析图书馆服务中信息茧房效应的双面价值,提出统筹多要素建构协同治理体系,以期扬长避短,抑制茧房负面影响。研究发现,在图书馆服务中,信息茧房效应不仅存在迎合市场趋势、满足用户需求、提高信息利用效率的正价值,也容易导致算法依赖、认知窄化、隐私泄露等问题,以此提出构建围绕建设图书馆自身服务效能、提升用户数智素养、多方合作推动“破茧”进程、加强监管以营造健康网络环境四方面的协同治理新模式。
The rapid development of data algorithms not only facilitates users’lives,but also brings about the information cocoon effect,and studying its value thinking and governance model at the library service level is of great significance to improve user experience and promote the efficient and sustainable development of library serv-ices.Through network research,the two-sided value of information cocoon room effect in library services is analyzed from the perspectives of“human-technology relationship”,“library-side service”and“user-side experience”,and a collaborative governance system is proposed to coordinate multi-factor construction,so as to maximize the strengths and avoid the weaknesses and inhibit the negative impact of the cocoon room.It is found that in library services,the information cocoon room effect not only has the positive value of catering to market trends,meeting user needs,and improving information utilization efficiency,but also easily leads to problems such as algorithm dependence,cognitive narrowing,and privacy leakage,so as to build a new collaborative governance model focusing on building the library’s own service efficiency,improving users’digital intelligence literacy,promoting the process of“breaking the cocoon”through multi-party cooperation,and strengthening supervision to create a healthy network environment.
