摘要
通过现场问询和跟踪记录,收集高原鼠兔防控相关成本信息,并实际测定每人每天防控面积,在保证90%以上防效的基础上,分析了青海省高原鼠兔防控的成本投入。结果表明:实际投入成本93.66元/hm^(2),远高于重点生态工程项目投资标准75元/hm^(2)。因此,建议相关部门根据实际情况,将现有防控标准提高到97.5元/hm^(2),即在现有投资标准上提高30%。
Through on-site inquiries and tracking records,the relevant cost information of plateau Ochotona curzoniae prevention and control was collected,and the area of prevention and control per person per day was actually measured.On the basis of ensuring more than 90% prevention and control efficiency,the cost input of plateau Ochotona curzoniae prevention and control in Qinghai Province was analyzed.The research results showed that the actual input cost is 93.66Y/ha,which was far higher than the investment standard of key ecological engineering projects by 75¥/ha.Therefore,it is recommended that relevant departments increase the existing prevention and control standards to 97.5¥/ha,which is 30% higher than the existing investment standards,based on the actual situation.
