增碳降钒对54SiCrV钢连续加热转变特征的影响 被引量:1

Effect of carbonization and vanadium reduction on the continuous heating transition characteristics of 54SiCrV steel

摘要 利用DIL805A热膨胀仪记录了增碳降钒前后热轧态54SiCrV钢在不同的加热速度下(0.1、1、3、10和50℃/)的线膨胀量,获得了不同加热速度下的热膨胀曲线和奥氏体体积转变分数曲线,研究了加热速度对奥氏体化的影响。研究结果表明:54SiCrV钢在连续加热过程中的奥氏体转变可分为3个阶段:珠光体向奥氏体转变、铁素体向奥氏体转变及奥氏体的成分均匀化。并且随着加热速度提高,相变临界温度提高。 The linear expansion of hot rolled 54 sicrv steel at different heating rates(0.1,1,3,10 and 50℃/)before and after carbon addition and vanadium reduction was recorded by DIL805A thermal dilatometer.The thermal expansion curves and austenite volume transformation fraction curves at different heating rates were obtained.The effect of heating rate on austenization was studied.The results show that the austenite transformation of 54SiCrV steel during continuous heating can be divided into three stages:pearlite to austenite transformation,ferrite to austenite transformation and austenite composition homogenization.The critical temperature of phase transition increases with the increase of heating rate.
