输送介质对氧化铝厂离心泵性能的影响

摘要 离心泵是氧化铝厂应用最广泛的工业泵。其具有技术成熟,体积小,造价低,安装检修方便的特点,尤其适用于湿法冶金工业。近年来,铝工业逐渐走出国门,其对设备的设计及制造有较严格的要求,以满足客户各类需求。然而,项目参与方容易忽略氧化铝厂中不同介质对离心泵性能的影响,导致部分泵的选型和功率出现偏差,不仅使泵出厂时不能够通过客户的验收,还会影响全厂用电设备的负荷,造成项目前期预算低于实际投资。本文分析了不同介质对离心泵性能的影响,对氧化铝厂离心泵的选型有一定的指导意义。 Centrifugal pump is the most widely used industrial pump in alumina refinery.It has characteristics of mature technology,small size,low cost,convenient installation and maintenance,which is especially suitable for the hydrometallurgical industry.In recent years,the aluminum industry has gradually gone abroad,which has strict requirements for the design and manufacturing of equipment to meet various demand of clients.However,project participants are likely to overlook the impact of different media in the alumina refinery on the performance of centrifugal pumps,thus leading to deviations in the selection and power of some pumps,which not only makes them unable to pass the acceptance inspection from client when leaving the factory,but also affects the load of the entire plant's electrical equipment,thus causing the project preliminary budget to be lower than the actual investment.This paper analyzes the impact of different media on the performance of centrifugal pumps,with certain guiding significance for the selection of centrifugal pumps in alumina refinery.
