摘要 庞大的Z世代人群正逐渐从学校步入社会,成为消费市场的主力军,影响着各行各业的发展。因此,在设计层面,需要了解Z世代人群特征并探索如何通过设计来引导Z世代的行为,促进经济和社会的和谐发展。文章首先利用可视化工具分析了Z世代的相关研究热点和趋势,并通过对国内外关于Z世代的经典文献回顾,总结得出了Z世代群体特征:互联网的原住民、佛系青年、高文化水平、对国家和民族有更多的认同感、注重颜值和体验、强调个性化的需求。基于这些特征,文中提出了针对Z世代人群的设计方式:通过用户参与创作提升用户体验;联结圈层与用户产生共鸣;关注单身群体打造优质生活;依据文化特色推动国潮国风设计。 The vast Z generation is gradually entering society from schools and becoming the main force in the consumer market,affecting the development of various industries.Therefore,at the design level,it is necessary to understand the characteristics of Generation Z and explore how to guide their behavior through design,promoting harmonious economic and social development.The article first uses visualization tools to analyze the relevant research hotspots and trends of Generation Z,and through a review of classic literature on Generation Z at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics of the Generation Z group:Indigenous people of the Internet,Buddhist youth,high cultural level,more identification with the country and ethnic group,emphasis on appearance and experience,and emphasis on personalized needs.Based on these characteristics,the article proposes a design approach for Generation Z:enhancing user experience through user participation in creation;Connect circles and resonate with users;Pay attention to the single group and create a high-quality life;Promote China-Chic Guofeng design based on cultural characteristics.
