摘要
本文介绍了对窄间隙横焊工艺评定试件中特有缺陷的检测。首先按委托要求采用γ射线,其次改用常规超声PE、TOFD、PAUT对近表面和埋藏型缺陷分别进行检测。其中PAUT运用了声线示踪模拟,分别设置扫描顺序,使用分析软件多维视图观察。分析得出结果,对特殊几何结构、特定的焊接方法和坡口产生的面状缺陷,PAUT选用合理的工艺覆盖、参数设置和几何显示成像,结合常规PE确保了检测效果和可靠性,为焊接工艺评定提供有效的检测数据和技术支持。
This paper introduces the detection of unique defects in narrow gap cross welding process evaluation specimens.First,γ-ray was used as required by the commission,and then PE,TOFD and PAUT were used to detect the near-surface and buried defects respectively.Among them,PAUT adopts acoustic tracer simulation,sets scanning sequence respectively,and uses analysis software for multidimensional view observation.According to the analysis results,for the planar defects generated by special geometric structure,specific welding method and groove,PAUT selects reasonable process coverage,parameter setting and geometric display imaging,and combines with conventional PE to ensure the detection effect and reliability,providing effective detection data and technical support for welding process evaluation.
