摘要
在寒冷地区,保温层对隧道防冻抗冻起着至关重要的作用。为研究适合高海拔寒区隧道保温层的设计结构,通过有限元数值模拟软件建立了含相变的二维温度场计算模型,对青海省多隆隧道保温层铺设方式、设计厚度、导热系数以及不同保温材料的最优选取进行研究。结果表明:(1)对于拱脚和仰拱,双层铺设和夹层铺设的保温效果优于表层铺设,对于拱顶,3种铺设方法均可有效避免冻结冻害。(2)年平均温度大于0℃时,保温层的厚度宜选取5~9 cm;年平均温度小于0℃时,最佳保温层厚度为13 cm。(3)多隆隧道在运营十年内,保温层厚度为5 cm,保温层的导热系数取值为0.03 W/(m·℃)及以下可以避免衬砌产生冻害。(4)通过对铺设保温层和不铺设保温层的隧道洞壁表面温度进行对比分析,以及对不同保温材料的保温效果进行定量分析,发现保温效果最好的是硬质聚氨酯保温板,聚酚醛泡沫塑料次之,最差的为泡沫玻璃。
In cold regions,the insulation layer plays a vital role in preventing tunnels from freezing.In order to study the design structure of the insulation layer suitable for tunnels in high-altitude cold areas,a two-dimensional temperature field calculation model containing phase changes was established through finite element numerical simulation software to study the laying method,design thickness,thermal conductivity of the insulation layer of Duolong Tunnel in Qinghai Province,as well as the optimal selection of different insulation materials.The results show that:(1)for the arch feet and inverted arches,the insulation effect of double-layer laying and interlayer laying is better than that of surface laying,and for the vault,all three laying methods can effectively avoid freezing damage.(2)when the annual average temperature is greater than 0℃,the insulation layer thickness should be 5~9 cm;when the annual average temperature is less than 0°C,the optimal insulation layer thickness is 13 cm.(3)within ten years of operation of the Duolong Tunnel,when the insulation layer thickness is 5 cm,and the thermal conductivity of the insulation layer is 0.03 W/m·℃and below,it can avoid freezing damage to the lining.(4)through comparative analysis of the surface temperatures of tunnel walls with and without insulation materials,as well as quantitative analysis of the insulation effects of different insulation materials,it was found that the rigid polyurethane insulation board had the best insulation effect,followed by phenolic foam plastic,and foam glass had the worst insulation effect.
