RAFT法合成PDMAEMA-b-PLMA嵌段共聚物及其作为润滑油添加剂的性能研究

摘要 基于可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合法(RAFT),设计并合成了一系列具有不同链段长度比与低多分散性的聚甲基丙烯酸-N,N-二甲氨基乙基酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(PDMAEMA-b-PLMA)嵌段共聚物。通过核磁共振氢谱(^(1)HNMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、动态光散射(DLS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对聚合物及其自组装结构进行表征测试,并利用往复摩擦实验考察添加该聚合物对液体石蜡的减摩润滑和抗磨分散性能影响。 A series of poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)-b-poly(lauryl methacrylate)diblock copolymer bearing different chain length and low dispersity was synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer polymerization.The copolymers and the corresponding self-assembly nanostructures were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,GPC,DLS,and TEM,respectively.High speed reciprocating friction tests were also utilized to investigate the performance of copolymer on lubrication behavior as lubricant additive in paraffin oil.
