摘要
介绍了蠕墨铸铁液压阀体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:选用优质低硫原材料,根据原铁液硫含量高低,微调蠕化剂加入量;油道砂芯采用二次射砂工艺,有效避免了组芯间隙造成的铸件内部芯头披缝;选用低发气量宝珠砂覆膜砂,保证了铸件内部的清洁度;严格按设定化学成分控制原铁液化学成分,蠕化出铁温度控制在(1520±10)℃,浇注温度1360~1420℃,浇注结束后50~55 min开箱空冷。通过严格控制生产流程的各个工序,最终生产出蠕化率、力学性能和硬度都符合技术要求的蠕墨铸铁液压阀体铸件。
The structure and technical requirements of vermicular graphite iron hydraulic valve body castings were introduced.The production process of the castings was elaborated:selecting high-quality low-S raw materials,fine-tuning the amount of creeping agent according to the S content of the original liquid iron.The oil channel sand core adopted a twice sand-shooting process to effectively avoid gaps in the head of casting.Low air generation ceramic coated sand was used to ensure the clean-liness of the interior of the casting.The chemical composition of the raw iron liquid was strictly controlled according to the set chemical composition.The tapping temperature was controlled at(1520±10)℃,the pouring temperature was 1360~1420℃,and the box was opened for air cooling at 50 to 55 minutes after pouring.Through strict control of each process of the production process,vermicular graphite iron hydraulic valve body castings with vermicularization rate,mechanical properties and hardness that met the technical requirements were finally produced.
