基于三维实景模型的水利工程划界确权研究

摘要 倾斜摄影测量技术具有高精度、多视角、高效率的特点,生成的三维实景模型可作为水利数字孪生项目的底座。为提高水利工程测绘成果精度,直观地展现工程项目范围内的地形地物,为划界确权工作提供数据支撑,采用倾斜摄影测量技术建立了引江济汉工程三维实景模型,因其高度直观化、高精度、可量测等特点,利用ArcGIS pro软件实现了二、三维数据融合,显著提高了勘界效率,在引江济汉工程划界确权项目中发挥了重要作用。由此可以得出结论,三维实景模型融合技术可以运用于水利划界确权工作,为水利项目的建设管理工作提供数据保障。 The oblique photogrammetry technology has the characteristics of high accuracy,multiple angles of view and high efficiency.The gen-erated 3D real sense model can be used as the base of digital twin of water conservancy project.To improve the accuracy of surveying and map-ping results of the water conservancy project so as to visually display the terrain and features within the scope of project and provide data support for the delimitation and confirmation of the right,we established a 3D real sense model of the Yin Jiang Ji Han project by using the oblique photo-grammetry technology.Due to its advantages such as highly intuitive,high-precision,measurable,etc.,we used the ArcGIS Pro software to achieve the integration of 2D and 3D data,significantly improving the efficiency of delimitationwhichplayed an important role in the delimitation and right confirmation project of the Yin Jiang Ji Han project.Therefore,the 3D real sense model fusion technology can be applied to the water conservancy delimitation and confirmation work,providing data guarantee for the construction and management of water conservancy project.
