管廊竖井施工的?TRD?工法应用

摘要 以雄安新区某市政综合管线工程中的管廊竖井施工为例,根据现场实际情况和地质条件。为确保管廊竖井开挖作业时围护结构无渗漏情况,以及对周边道路和地表造成的影响。采用TRD工法[1]施工的水泥土连续墙作为竖井止水帷幕,通过介绍该工法的施工工序以及施工过程中对水泥浆配置、切刀安拆、土体切削以及喷浆压力和喷浆搅拌等工序控制,以及施工质量要点的把控,并结合TRD工法试验墙试验和施工过程中的相关监测数据,验证了TRD工法在地基与基础工程范围内的应用前景将逐步得到推广。 Taking the construction of the pipe gallery shaft in a municipal comprehensive pipeline project in Xiong'an New Area as an example,according to the actual situation and geological conditions of the site.In order to ensure that there is no leakage of the enclosure structure during the excavation operation of the pipe gallery shaft,as well as the impact on the surrounding roads and surface.By introducing the construction process of the construction method and the process control of cement slurry configuration,cutter installation and demolition,soil cutting,spraying pressure and shotcrete mixing,as well as the control of construction quality points,combined with the TRD construction method test wall test and the relevant monitoring data in the construction process,it is verified that the Application prospect of TRD construction method in the scope of foundation and foundation engineering will be gradually promoted.
