摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平对患者动态血压变化的影响及其治疗高血压患者的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月广东省老干部事务中心温泉医院门诊收治的103例高血压病患者,按用药方法分为两组。对照组51例给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组52例在对照组基础上联合使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平。比较两组患者治疗前后的动态血压、炎症因子水平及临床效果及不良情况发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压水平较治疗前降低,24 h收缩压平滑指数、24 h舒张压平滑指数较治疗前上升;且观察组的24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压低于对照组,24 h收缩压平滑指数、24 h舒张压平滑指数水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平较治疗前降低,且观察组C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.38%高于对照组的74.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.370,P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦,可降低患者血压,并能平稳长效控制血压稳定,降低机体炎症水平,且不会增加患者不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of valsartan combined with Levamlodipine on the change of patients'ambulatory blood pressure and its effect on the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods 103 hypertensive patients admitted to the outpatient department of Wenquan Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Veterans Affairs Center from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to medication methods.51 cases in the control group were treated with valsartan,while 52 cases in the observation group were treated with a combination of levamlodipine besylate on the basis of the control group.Compared the dynamic blood pressure,inflammatory cytokine levels,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse events between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the 24 h average systolic blood pressure and 24 h average diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,while the 24 h systolic blood pressure smoothness index and 24 h diastolic blood pressure smoothness index increased compared to before treatment;moreover,the 24 h average systolic blood pressure and 24 h average diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of 24 h systolic blood pressure smoothness index and 24 h diastolic blood pressure smoothness index were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine in the two groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,and the levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.38%,which was higher than the control group's 74.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.370,P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine combined with valsartan,can reduce the
