摘要
课程思政与思政课程协同育人是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求和战略举措,其中课程思政在协同育人中隐性育德、为国育才以及协同树人的功能发挥已经成为共识。但课程思政在实现协同效应育人路径中仍然存在缺乏具有思政内容的专业课课程体系、专业课教师的思政能力不足、缺乏同思政课程相协同的体制机制等问题。实现与课程思政协同育人需要推进优化改进专业课课程协同育人课程体系,提升强化专业课程教师队伍思政能力,同时建立起同思政课程相协同的体制机制。
Forming a synergistic effect in cultivating talents through the combination of ideological and political education and ideological and political theoretical courses is an essential requirement and strategic measure for shouldering the fundamental tasks of building youths’virtues and morality in the new era.It has become a consensus that ideological and political education plays an important role in the synergistic effect of implicit moral education and nurturing talent for the nation.However,in achieving the synergistic effect,there are still problems such as the lack of the content of ideological and political education in subject courses,teachers of specific subjects need more capacity for ideological and political education,and the lack of proper institutional mechanism for the coordination.To realize the synergistic effect of cultivating talents with ideological and political education,we need to promote the optimizationand improvement of the specialized courses system with ideological and political education,establish a collaborative institutional mechanism while enhancing and strengthening the ideological and political capacity of teachers of specific courses.
