摘要
民国以后,随着国内商业产业的发展和国家间商业竞争的加剧,传统的家庭和商店学徒制教育已然无法满足实际需求。学界尝试在现实国情基础上引入现代商业职业教育,并围绕目的、内涵、层次、形态、教法、学法等基本要素展开重构,由此形成了商业职教思想的早期现代化转型历程。这种转型具有自身的基本逻辑,呈现出理论与实际相结合、思想与实践相促进、传统与现代相交织的特点。其具有的启示意义包括:须发展适应现实需要的职教思想;批判借鉴外来理论的同时要继承弘扬传统思想中的优秀因素;要结合职业教育门类的特点,开展包括爱国主义教育在内的专业思政及课程思政建设;要遵循现代教育科学范式及时对思想、经验加以综合和创新,并以升华后的职教理论推动实践的进步。
After the Republic of China,with the development of domestic commercial industries and the intensification of commercial competition between countries,traditional family and store apprenticeship education was no longer able to meet practical needs.The academic community attempted to introduce modern commercial vocational education based on the actual national conditions,and reconstructed it around basic elements such as purpose,connotation,level,form,teaching method,and learning method,thus forming the early modernization transformation process of commercial vocational education ideology.This transformation has its own basic logic,presenting the characteristics of combining theory with practice,promoting thought with practice,and interweaving tradition and modernity.Its enlightening significance includes:he need to develop vocational education ideas that adapt to practical needs;criticizing and borrowing foreign theories while inheriting and promoting the excellent factors in traditional thinking;combining the characteristics of vocational education categories and carrying out professional ideological and political education,including patriotic education,as well as curriculum ideological and political construction;following the paradigm of modern educational science to timely integrate and innovate ideas and experiences to promote the progress of practice through the sublimated vocational education theory.
