摘要
采用壁厚检测、剩余强度计算、介质腐蚀性分析、介质CO_(2)腐蚀评估和H_(2)S应力腐蚀开裂分析、冲蚀计算分析、结垢趋势预测等手段,对渤海某生产平台管线内、外进行腐蚀评估,判定其是否满足海上平台安全使用要求,并针对其存在的潜在风险,提出可行性的腐蚀预防建议。
The internal and external corrosion of a production platform pipeline in Bohai Sea was evaluated by means of wall thickness detection,residual strength calculation,media corrosion analysis,medium CO_(2) corrosion assessment,H_(2)S stress corrosion cracking analysis,erosion calculation analysis,scaling trend prediction,etc.,to determine whether the pipeline meets the requirements for safe use of offshore platforms,and put forward feasible corrosion prevention recommendations to target the potential risks.
