基于响应面法和灰色关联分析的汽车雾灯灯罩注塑工艺多目标优化

Multi-Objective Optimization of Automotive Fog Lampshade Injection Molding Process Based on Response Surface Method and Grey Correlation Analysis

摘要 以汽车雾灯灯罩为研究对象,针对塑件在成型过程中出现的翘曲变形和体积收缩问题,利用Moldex3D软件进行分析,得到初始分析下Z方向翘曲变形量为0.191 mm,体积收缩率为4.345%。由于汽车雾灯灯罩在装配方向上需要较小的翘曲变形和体积收缩,以熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间、冷却时间和保压压力为优化变量,采用响应面法进行5因素5水平中心复合试验并建立灰色关联度值模型对目标进行优化。根据中心复合试验结果对灰色关联度值进行方差分析,得到各因素对灰色关联度值的影响程度顺序为熔体温度>模具温度>冷却时间>保压压力>保压时间。利用灰色关联度模型进行寻优,得到最优工艺参数组合为熔体温度为290℃、模具温度为80℃、保压时间为7 s、冷却时间为22 s、保压压力为155 MPa。将最佳工艺参数组合在Moldex3D中进行模拟,得到Z方向翘曲变形量为0.088 mm、体积收缩率为3.551%。与推荐工艺参数组合相比,优化后的Z方向翘曲变形量比优化前降低了54%,体积收缩率比优化前降低了18%。 Taking the automobile fog lamp shade as the research object,aiming at the problems of warping deformation and volume shrinkage during the molding process of the plastic parts,Moldex3D software was used to analyze,and the initial analysis showed that the Z-direction warping deformation was 0.191 mm,and the volume shrinkage was 4.345%.Since the automobile fog lamp shade requires small warpage deformation and volume shrinkage in the assembly direction,the response surface method was used to conduct a five factor five level center composite test with the melt temperature,mold temperature,holding time,cooling time and holding pressure as the optimization variables,and a gray correlation value model was established to optimize the target.According to the results of the central composite test,the variance analysis of the grey correlation value was carried out,and the influence degree of each factor on the grey correlation value was obtained as follows:melt temperature>mold temperature>cooling time>holding pressure>holding time.The grey relational model was used for optimization,and the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained as follows:melt temperature 290℃,mold temperature 80℃,holding time 7 s,cooling time 22 s,holding pressure 155 MPa.The best combination of process parameters was simulated in Moldex3D,and the warping deformation in Z direction was 0.088 mm,and the volume shrinkage was 3.551%.Compared with the recommended process parameters,the Z-direction warp deformation after optimization was 54%lower than that before optimization,and the volume shrinkage was 18%lower than that before optimization.
