摘要
叶片延长可有效地提高风电机组发电量,降低额定风速,为风电场进行风电机组技术改造提供了一种可行的方法,尤其是低风速区域。然而,叶片延长后必然导致叶片载荷增加,从而影响风电机组叶片的稳定性和可靠性。首先分析了兆瓦级风电机组叶片延长增功原理及载荷、螺栓安全性,然后设计了兆瓦级风电机组叶片延长在线安全预警系统总体方案,并从系统功能、智能采集系统、网络拓扑和总体应用原则等方面详细介绍了在线安全预警系统方案。以江苏徐州某风电场2MW风电机组叶尖延长为例,分析了叶片延长后获得的功率和额定风速变化,讨论了叶片延长前后风速不同时叶片各方向的弯矩变化情况,确定叶根螺栓承受的周期性疲劳载荷,为风电机组因螺栓、叶片损伤等问题引发安全事故预测提供一种有效方法。
As one of alternative methods to increase the output power and reduce rated wind speed for wind turbines in low wind speed field,blade extension will raise the blade loads.The stability and reliability of wind turbine blades are affected by the blade extension.The basic principle of output power improvement of wind turbine and the safety of loads and bolts based on blade extension are analyzed.The overall scheme of MW level wind turbine blade extension online safety pre-warning system is designed.The design scheme of online safety pre-warning system is introduced in detail from four aspects,such as system function,intelligent collection system,network topology and general application principles.Take the blade tip extension of a 2MW wind turbine in Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province as an example,the changes of output power and rated wind speed based on blade extension are analyzed.The bending moments in each direction of the blade at different wind speed with and without blade extension are discussed.The periodic fatigue load of the blade root bolts is determined.It provides an effective method for predicting safety accidents caused by bolts and blades damage of wind turbines.
