摘要
新疆油田稠油开发采用注蒸汽开发,注入蒸汽来源于注汽锅炉。为保证锅炉的正常运行,需对锅炉给水水质进行控制。以新疆油田某稠油开发区块为例,对其采出水水质现状进行监测,发现采出水硬度是制约锅炉给水达标的主要因素。新区产能井来液硬度偏高、稠油采出水处理系统超负荷运行、软化设备树脂失效、站区污泥池废水对系统冲击是造成锅炉给水硬度超标的主要原因。为此根据开发需求有针对性关闭部分硬度超标井,复苏及更换部分失效树脂以恢复软化能力,定期清理污泥池以改善进入采出水系统废水水质,对软化再生产生的高含盐、高硬度废水采取回注和达标外排的方式处置。通过采取以上一系列水处理系统的优化措施,实现了注汽锅炉给水稳定达标,保障了稠油开发区块的正常生产。
The development of heavy oil in Xinjiang Oilfield adopts steam injection mode.Steam comes from a steam-injection boiler.To ensure the normal operation of the boiler,it is necessary to control the water quality of the boiler feed water.Taking a heavy oil development block in Xinjiang Oilfield as an example,the current status of the produced water quality is monitored,and it is found that the hardness of the produced water is the main factor restricting boiler feed water from reaching the standard.The main reasons for the excessive hardness of boiler feed water are the high hardness of the incoming liquid from the production wells in the new area,the overloaded operation of the heavy oil production water treatment system,the resin failure of the softening equipment,and the impact of the wastewater from the sludge tank in the station area on the system.Therefore,according to development requirements,some wells whose hardness exceeds the standard are targeted closed,invalid resin is changed for recovering soften capacity,sludge tanks are regularly cleaned to improve the quality of wastewater entering the produced water system,reinjection and standard discharge are adopted to disposal high salinity and hardness wastewater generated by softening and regeneration.By adopting a series of optimization measures mentioned above for the water treatment system,stable and standard water supply for steam injection boilers has been achieved,ensuring normal production in the heavy oil development blocks.
