摘要
语言翻译具有可译性和不可译性。语言和文化的共通性成就了翻译的可译性,长期的翻译实践证明,可译性是有限度的。文化差异和空白的存在,造成了文化的不可译性。把具有中国乡土气息和鲜明时代特征的莫言作品译介到日本时,如何克服文化的不可译性,采用怎样的翻译策略才能降低翻译损失是对翻译的重大考验。论文通过对莫言文学作品日译的实证研究,分析探究文化的不可译性及其翻译策略。
Language translation is translatable and intranslatable.The commonality of language and culture has achieved the translatability of translation,and long-term translation practice has proved that translatability is limited,and cultural differences and gaps have created the problem of cultural intranslatability.When translating Mo Yan's works with Chinese local flavor and distinctive era characteristics into Japan,how to overcome the intransparability of culture and what kind of translation strategy can be adopted to reduce translation losses is a major test of translation.Through the empirical research on the daily translation of Mo Yan's literary works,the paper analyzes and explores the intranslatability of culture and its translation strategies.
