既有高速狭小空间路基扩宽泡沫轻质土施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 泡沫轻质土是指利用生产设备对发泡剂水溶液进行加工,再与水泥胶凝材料、集料、添加剂等按特定比例混合后浇筑成型的一种轻质环保材料,代替原有路基填筑材料以发挥其特定优点,对路堤快速修复和对工后沉降要求高的工程效果显著,其能垂直填筑的特性可减少对既有高速公路的破坏、减少土工格栅或路基挡护结构、减少红线占地,避免路基高挖高填对环境的破坏,节约施工成本,且对自然环境有重大保护意义。结合在建云南省曲靖三宝至昆明清水高速公路TJ2标北羊街互通连接既有东南绕城高速公路路基拼宽段泡沫轻质土路基填筑施工,梳理并总结利用泡沫轻质土对既有高速公路狭小空间内路基填筑施工技术,解决施工过程中存在的难题,为类似工程提供参考。 Foamed light soil refers to a kind of light environmental protection material formed by processing foaming agent aqueous solution with production equipment,and then mixing with cement cementing materials,aggregates and additives in a specific proportion.It replaces the original subgrade filling material to give full play to its specific advantages,and has a significant effect on the rapid repair of embankment and the project requiring high settlement after construction.Its vertical filling characteristics can reduce the damage to the existing highway,reduce the geogrid or subgrade retaining structure,reduce the red line area,avoid the damage to the environment caused by high excavation and high filling of the subgrade,save construction costs,and have great protection significance for the natural environment.Combined with the construction of subgrade filling with foamed light soil in a wide section of existing Southeast Ring Expressway between Qujing Sanbao in Yunnan Province and Qingshui Expressway TJ2⁃bid Beiyang Street in Kunming,this paper sorts out and summarizes the construction technology of using foamed light soil to fill subgrade in a narrow space of existing expressway,solves the existing problems in the construction process,and provides reference for similar projects.
