摘要
本研究通过对2组高校跆拳道运动员进行力量训练干预实验,实验前后对运动员反应下肢力量效果的评价指标测试成绩进行分析,得出如下结论:功能性力量训练改善在下肢力量速度与动作速度;加速能力与稳定性;下肢爆发力与快速制动能力和下肢综合素质与专项技术结合的能力方面要明显优于传统力量训练;建议将功能性力量训练计划纳入到高校跆拳道训练的范畴并系统化。
This research performed a strength exercise intervention experiment on two groups of college taekwondo athletes and analyzed the evaluation index test results of the athletes'reaction lower extremity strength influence before and after the experiment and drew the following conclusions:both functional strength training and traditional strength training can improve the lower limb strength production,movement speed,ability to speed up and its stability;compared to traditional strength training,the trainings for the lower limb tumultuous power and the fast braking ability,along with the ability to converge the lower limb all-round quality and the specialized skills,are superior.It is suggested that functional strength training plan should be incorporated into the category of college taekwondo training and systematized.
