湖南省非煤矿山安全事故统计分析与预防措施 被引量:4

Statistical Analysis and Preventive Measures of Safety Accidents in Non-Coal Mines in Hunan Province

摘要 为研究湖南省非煤矿山各类型安全事故与事故总量之间的关系,对近十年湖南省非煤矿山安全事故数据进行统计分析,利用灰色关联分析理论和SPSS 26建模对各类型事故的事故起数、死亡人数与事故总数、死亡总人数之间的相关性展开分析,并对安全事故预防措施进行研究。研究表明,近十年冒顶片帮为发生事故起数和死亡人数最多的安全事故;郴州市、湘西州、常德市共发生矿山安全事故起数和死亡人数分别占全省的43.97%和42.05%,应作为监控重点;冒顶片帮事故与事故总量之间呈幂函数关系,相关性非常显著;高处坠落事故与事故总量之间呈三次函数关系,相关性显著;全省非煤矿山应从技术上和管理上加强安全防范工作,构建矿山安全事故双重预防机制,预防安全事故的发生。 To study the relationship between various types of safety accidents and the total number of accidents in non-coal mines in Hunan Province,statistical analysis was conducted on the data of safety accidents in non-coal mines in Hunan Province in the past decade.Grey correlation analysis theory and SPSS 26 modeling were used to analyze the correlations among the number of accidents,the number of deaths and the total number of accidents,and the total number of deaths for each type of accidents.Measures for preventing safety acidents were also studied.Research has shown that in the past decade,roof caving has been the safety accident with the highest number of accidents and fatalities.Chenzhou City,Xiangxi Prefecture,and Changde City account for 43.97%and 42.05%of the total number of mine safety accidents and deaths in the province,respectively,and should be monitored as key areas.There is a power function relationship between the roof fall accidents and the total number of accidents,and the correlation is very significant.There is a cubic function relationship between high-altitude fall accidents and the total number of accidents,and the correlation is significant.Non-coal mines in Hunan Province should strengthen safety safety prevention work both technically and administratively,establish a double prevention mechanism for mine safety accidents to prevent safety accidents from occurring.
