摘要
目的探讨信息化健康管理模式在医院体检中心的应用效果。方法结合医院体检中心实际情况,构建并应用信息化健康管理系统,观察2021年1月—2023年6月运行信息化系统后体检人员的平均体检用时、线上预约开单检查人数及体检者对体检满意度反馈情况,进行效果评价。结果医院体检中心采用信息化健康管理系统后,体检者的平均体检时间明显缩短,线上预约开单、检查的人数大致呈逐年上升趋势,体检者满意度逐步提高至95%以上。结论通过采用信息化的健康管理模式,医院体检中心的工作取得显著进步,有效优化体检流程,提升客户体检满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of information health management mode in the hospital physical examination center.Methods Based on the actual situation of the hospital physical examination center,the information health management system was constructed and applied to observe the average physical examination time,the number of online booking orders and the physical examination satisfaction of the feedback of the physical examination after the information system from January 2021 to June 2023,and evaluate the effect.Results After the application of the information health management system,the average physical examination time of the physical examination center was significantly shortened,the number of online booking and examination was generally increasing year by year,and the satisfaction of the physical examination patients gradually increased to more than 95%. Conclusion By adopting the information health management mode, the work of the hospital physical examination center has made remarkable progress, effectively optimizing the physical examination process and improving customers' physical examination satisfaction.
