摘要
目的探讨大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷治疗急性胰腺炎相关腹痛的疗效。方法选择2021年1月—2023年7月收住福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院治疗的60例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组在常规治疗(如禁食、解痉镇痛、营养支持、抑制胰腺分泌、抗感染等)基础上予以大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷治疗,对照组予以常规治疗。对比评价两组的临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况、炎症指标水平。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);而观察组治疗后的WBC、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组的腹痛缓解及消失时间、首次排便时间均更短(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎患者在接受常规治疗基础上,给予大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷治疗能及早缓解患者腹痛症状,促进胃肠功能及炎症指标及早恢复正常。
Objective To explore the efficacy of rhubarb enema combined with external application of glauconitis in the treatment of abdominal pain associated with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis who were admitted to Fuzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with rhubarb enema combined with glauconium on the basis of conventional treatment(such as fasting,antispasmodic and analgesic,nutritional support,inhibition of pancreatic secretion,anti-infection,etc.),and the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,and inflammatory index levels of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of white blood cell(WBC)and C-reaction protein(CRP)in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter time for relief and disappearance of abdominal pain,as well as shorter time for first bowel movement(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute pancreatitis receiving conventional treatment,rhubarb enema combined with glauconita can relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain as soon as possible,promote gastrointestinal function and inflammation indicators to return to normal as soon as possible,and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
