摘要
目的研究人白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)基因多态性与梅毒感染的相关性。方法选择2020年5月—2021年5月于连云港市第二人民医院就诊的梅毒感染患者80例作为试验组,至体检中心就诊的健康人群120例作为对照组,分别收集血样。首先采用Sanger测序法对样本IL-6启动子区域基因rs1800796(IL-6-572C/G)、rs1800795(IL-6-174G/C)进行测序,然后通过Logistic回归分析IL-6基因多态性和梅毒感染的相关性。结果IL-6基因位点rs1800796、rs1800795的基因型分布符合哈迪-温伯格(Hardy-Weinberg)平衡检验(P>0.05)。2个位点的基因型和等位基因频率在试验组和对照组中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在隐性遗传模式、共显性遗传模式、显性遗传模式下rs1800796位点基因型在两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IL-6基因启动子区域-572C/G和-174G/C 2个位点基因多态性和梅毒感染无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human interleukin-6(IL-6)gene polymorphism and syphilis infection.Methods A total of 80 patients with syphilis who visited the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and 120 healthy people who visited the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.Blood samples were collected,respectively.First,the IL-6 promoter genes rs1800796(IL-6-572C/G)and rs1800795(IL-6-174G/C)were sequenced by Sanger sequencing method.Then,the correlation between IL-6 gene polymorphism and syphilis infection was analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The genotype distribution of IL-6 loci rs1800796 and rs1800795 were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in genotype distribution of rs1800796 between the two groups under recessive,codominant and dominant inheritance modes(P>0.05).Conclusion The gene polymorphisms of-572C/G and-174G/C in the promoter region of IL-6 gene are not associated with syphilis infection.
