摘要
目的 探究亮丙瑞林联合知柏地黄丸对性早熟女童子宫、卵巢相关指标及性激素水平的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将2020年6月至2022年6月在抚州市第一人民医院检查确诊的60例性早熟女童分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用皮下注射醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合知柏地黄丸治疗,两组均治疗6个月。观察两组治疗前后子宫容积、卵巢容积及卵泡直径差异;对比两组患儿性激素指标[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)],生长指标变化情况;记录两组用药不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,女童子宫及卵巢容积、卵泡直径观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性激素各指标水平观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿生长速度、身高及其骨龄指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 亮丙瑞林联合知柏地黄丸在性早熟女童治疗中效果显著,可有效缩小患儿子宫体积和卵巢体积,降低性激素水平,抑制第二性征过早发育,对延缓骨龄有积极作用,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of leuprorelin combined with zhibai dihuang pills on uterus and ovary related indexes and sex hormone levels in girls with precocious puberty.Methods 60 girls with precocious puberty who were examined in First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection,and the observation group was treated with zhibai dihuang pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The difference of uterine volume,ovarian volume and follicle diameter between the two groups before and after treatment was observed.The sex hormone indexes[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)]and growth indexes were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups.Results After treatment,the uterine and ovarian volume and follicle diameter of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group;the levels of sex hormones in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth rate,height and bone age indexes of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin combined with zhibai dihuang pills is effective in the treatment of precocious girls,which can effectively reduce the uterine volume and ovarian volume,reduce the level of sex hormones,inhibit the premature development of secondary sex characteristics,and have a positive effect on delaying bone age,with high safety,worthy of promotion.
