摘要
目的分析门急诊口服中成药使用情况及处方不合理问题,提高中成药处方合格率,为中成药管理提供依据,规范合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析法,对2022年1月~6月共1200张门急诊口服中成药处方点评,对不合理处方统计分析。结果1200张处方中,不合理处方244张(占20.33%),其中不规范处方56张(占4.66%),用药不适宜处方179张(占14.92%),超常处方9张(占0.75%)。临床开具2种及2种以上中成药的联合用药情况较少;中医医师与非中医医师开具中成药不合理处方比例差异有统计学意义。结论中成药处方仍存在不合理情况,应采取有效措施,严格执行中成药点评制度,促进中成药合理、规范使用。
Objective To analyze the use of proprietary Chinese medicines and the problem of unreasonable prescription of oral proprietary Chinese medicines in outpatient and emergency departments,to improve the reasonable rate of prescription of proprietary Chinese medicines,to provide a basis for the management of proprietary Chinese medicines,and to standardize the rational use of medicines.Methods Using retrospective analysis,review of a total of 1 200 prescriptions of oral proprietary Chinese medicines in outpatientand emergency departments from January to June 2022,and statistical analysis of unreasonable prescriptions.Results Of the 1 200 prescriptions evaluated, 244( 20.33%) were unreasonable prescription,56( 4.66%) were irregular prescriptions,179( 14.92%) were medication inappropriate prescription, and 9( 0.75%) were extraordinary prescription.Clinical prescribing of combinations of two and more proprietary Chinese medicines is less common.Statistically significant difference in the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines by traditional Chinese medicine physicians and non-traditional Chinese medicine physicians.Conclusion There are still unreasonable cases of prescription of proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital,and effective measures should be taken to strictly implement the review system of proprietary Chinese medicines to promote the rational and standardized use of proprietary Chinese medicines.
