挖掘机线束设计及工艺优化

摘要 挖掘机的电气系统复杂而庞大,各个电气部件通过主线束和过渡线束连接互通,因此首先要保证线束连接的可靠性。文章通过对线束外包裹材料选型、线束制作工艺和线束连接防错3个方面的优化,降低线束实际装配的难度,提高操作人员对线束不同功能分支的识别能力。结果表明:采用以上改进措施,现场装配的出错率明显减低,线束耐磨损程度加强,线束使用寿命得到延长。 The electrical system of the excavator is complex and huge,and each electrical component is connected and intercommunicated through the main line harness and the transition wire harness,so the reliability of the wire harness connection must be guaranteed first.The difficulty of actual assembly of wiring harness is reduced,and the ability of operators to recognize different functional branches of wiring harness is improved by optimizing the selection of wrapping materials,the making process of wiring harness and the error prevention of wiring harness connection in the paper.The results show that:the error rate of field assembly is reduced,the wear resistance of wiring harness is strengthened,and the service life of wiring harness is prolonged by adopting the above three aspects of improvement measures.
