摘要
文章根据汽车电流高精度检测的实际需求,提出一种高精度电流检测仪器的设计方案。该方案使用具有良好线性度的霍尔元件DRV5505A4作为电流传感芯片,配合具有相应磁导率的磁芯,对检测仪器电池可靠稳定充电的电源管理电路、模拟量处理电路、A/D转换电路、中央处理单元电路等模块进行设计,并从满足系统指标的角度对各模块主要芯片应具有的参数指标进行分析,为检测仪器后续的具体电路设计提供理论指导。
According to the actual demand of high-precision current detection in automobiles,a design scheme of high-precision current detection instrument is proposed in this paper.The scheme uses Hall element DRV5505A4 with good linearity as the current sensing chip,with the magnetic core with corresponding permeability,to design the power management circuit,analog processing circuit,A/D conversion circuit,central processing unit circuit and other modules for reliable and stable charging of the testing instrument battery.From the point of view of meeting the system index,the parameter index of the main chip of each module is analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the specific circuit design of the testing instrument.
