摘要
饲料行业逐步成熟,市场竞争压力陡增,面对新的发展形势,饲料企业选择实施供应链运作。科学有效地对饲料行业供应链绩效进行客观评价,及时发现问题,有助于饲料企业采取适当措施对供应链进行优化。文章基于FAHP模型设计供应链绩效评价指标体系,通过对A企业主导的供应链进行绩效评价,印证了评价指标体系的可靠性。基于研究,提出4条供应链优化措施,供企业在实践中借鉴。
As the feed industry matured over time and faced intense market rivalry,feed enterprises choose to implement supply chain operations in order to adapt to the new development reality.Scientific and effective evaluation of feed industry supply chain performance and timely problem detection help feed enterprises to take appropriate measures to optimize the supply chain.This paper designed the supply chain performance evaluation index system based on FAHP model,and verified the reliability of the evaluation index system through performance evaluation of the supply chain led by enterprise A.Based on the research,four supply chain optimization measures were put forward to use as guidelines in practice for enterprises.
