摘要
为突破凤庆县核桃全产业链发展瓶颈,对凤庆县核桃主产区开展调查研究,分析全产业链发展现状和问题,依此构建经营模式。结果显示:(1)凤庆县核桃种植面积为114760 hm 2,凤庆县大部分乡镇种植核桃历史悠久,树龄超过上千年的乡镇有4个,凤庆县所有乡镇的核桃种植均采用统一的“五个一技术”;(2)凤庆县核桃年产量155283 t,省内销售量最大,当地销售量和省外销售量次之,出口销售量最少,核桃干果以企业收购为主;(3)核桃系列产品包括20个系列80个品种,其中“林苍山上牌每日坚果”等多个品牌获奖;(4)核桃衍生产业包括核桃文化产业、核桃康养产业和自然教育等,并已初具规模;(5)“龙头企业+核桃初制站(烘烤站)+农户+基地”的“372”经营协作模式是构建核桃全产业链一体化机制的有效途径。研究结果表明:提高关键种植技术水平、培育龙头企业、品牌赋能化、构建销售链、发展核桃衍生产业,全面创建核桃全产业链一体化机制,可促进核桃产业升级发展,为核桃主产区产业发展提供科学依据。
In order to breakthrough bottleneck of whole industrial chain of walnut in South Yunnan,the state and problems of whole industrial chain of walnut were investigated and analyzed in Fengqing country as the typical example of main producing areas.The business model was built according.The results show that:(1)Plant areas of walnut in Fengqing county are 114760 hm 2.There are four towns whose history of walnut planting exceed millennium.Whole towns adopt the“five-ones”planting technique.(2)Yields of walnut in Fengqing county are 155283 t.The sales volume is maximum on provincial,the sales volume on outside the province and local sales volume are second,the export sales volume is minimum.(3)The walnut products include twenty series and eighty kinds.Many brand names win prize.(4)Derivative industry of walnut in Fengqing county include walnut culture industry,walnut health care and natural education.They have certain scale.(5)“372”business collaboration model such as“leading enterprises+baking station+famer+plantation”is effective of building whole industrial chain of walnut.To sum up,whole industrial chain of walnut could promote industrial upgrading and development with improve the level of planting,cultivating leading enterprises,brand empowerment,building sales chain,developing derivative industry.The results could provide the practical basis to main producing areas.
