摘要
分析肌骨超声检查应用于创伤性浅表软组织损伤的诊断价值。随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月于中国中医科学院广安门医院接受诊疗的86例创伤性浅表软组织损伤患者为本次对比研究对象,所有患者均分别进行磁共振成像检查和肌骨超声检查。结果显示,使用肌骨超声检查符合率明显高于磁共振成像检查(P<0.05)。肌骨超声检查对创伤性浅表软组织损伤诊断灵敏度和特异性均高于磁共振成像检查。肌骨超声检查对创伤性浅表软组织损伤肿块性损伤和非肿块性损伤检查符合率均高于磁共振成像检查(P>0.05)。研究发现,肌骨超声检查用于创伤性浅表软组织损伤诊断,其漏诊率和误诊率相较于磁共振成像检查更低,更能保证临床诊断创伤性浅表软组织损伤结果的正确性,以协助医师依据超声图像确定损伤部位,制订符合患者实际情况且科学合理的手术方案,加快患者软组织损伤恢复。
Analyze the diagnostic value of muscle bone ultrasound examination in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.Eighty-six patients with traumatic superficial soft tissue injury who underwent diagnosis and treatment at Guang’anmen Hospital,Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this comparative study.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging and musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations,respectively.The results showed that the coincidence rate of using muscle bone ultrasound examination was significantly higher than that of magnetic resonance imaging examination(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of muscle bone ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury are higher than those of magnetic resonance imaging examination.The coincidence rate of muscle bone ultrasound examination for traumatic superficial soft tissue injury,mass injury,and non mass injury was higher than that of magnetic resonance imaging examination(P>0.05).Research has found that musculoskeletal ultrasound examination is used for the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury,and its missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate are lower than magnetic resonance imaging examination.It can better ensure the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury results,assist doctors in determining the injury site based on ultrasound images,develop a scientific and reasonable surgical plan that is suitable for the patient’s actual situation,and accelerate the recovery of patient soft tissue injury.
