摘要
采用问卷调查法和访谈法阐述山西省运城市X村的生活垃圾治理现状,梳理出农村生活垃圾治理存在基础设施不完善、建设资金不足、缺乏宣传教育及村委会责任缺失等问题。为进一步改善农村人居环境,农村生活垃圾治理需要完善配套设施、拓宽资金筹措渠道、强化宣传力度、加强监督检查,从而不断提升农村居民的幸福感,推进“美丽乡村”的建设。
The current state of domestic waste management in X village Yuncheng City Shanxi Province was described using a questionnaire survey and interview method.Issues with rural domestic waste management such as inadequate infrastructure inadequate funding for construction a lack of publicity and education and the sense of responsibility defection on the part of village committees were also addressed.In order to further improve rural human settlement environment rural domestic waste management needs to improve supporting facilities expand funding channels strengthen publicity and strengthen supervision and inspection so as to continuously improve the happiness of rural residents and promote the construction of"beautiful countryside".
