应用数字化虚拟仿真技术推动航海职业教育发展

摘要 近年来,受到国内外疫情及国际经济发展大环境影响,航运市场低迷,市场对海员的需求发生变化,海员实操水平和应急能力不足、综合素质降低等问题突显。随着现代虚拟仿真技术在多学科教育教学改革中的应用和普及,以产教融合推动产业升级,以科技驱动产业技术创新,以数字赋能教育高质量发展逐渐成为教育界共识。加快数字化虚拟仿真技术在航海职业教育中的应用,解决航海职业教育中出现的短板和现实问题,需要锚定数字化创新,坚持深度产教融合,为航海职业教育高质量发展打造生生不息的虚拟仿真创新池和生态链。 In recent years,under the influence of the pandemic at home and abroad and the circumstances of international economic development,the shipping market is depressing,the demand for seafarers in the market has changed,and the problems of seafarers,such as the incompetency in practical operation and emergency response as well as the degradation in comprehensive quality,have become prominent.With the application and popularization of the modern virtual simulation technologies in the reform of multi-disciplinary education and teaching,it has gradually become a consensus in the education domain to promote industrial upgrading through the integration of production and education,to drive industrial technology innovation through science and technology and to develop high-quality education through digital empowerment.To accelerate the application of digital virtual simulation technology in maritime vocational education and address the traditional shortcomings and practical problems in maritime vocational education,the paper suggests focusing on the awareness of digital innovation,adhering to the deep integration of industry and education,and creating an ever-developing virtual simulation innovation pool and ecological chain for the high-quality development of maritime vocational education.
