摘要
针对美国防部已经发布的8版无人系统领域的战略指南——《无人系统综合路线图》进行了综合评述。首先,对比分析了美国防部8版路线图的发布背景和结构内容的变化;然后讨论了美军无人系统不断扩展的作战任务、日益完善成熟的组织管理机构以及与各军种路线图的联系;明晰了美无人系统的内容演变与发展方向。综述表明,美军无人系统发展重点经历了从单一装备到作战体系、从单一领域到多域协同、从单一任务到战争全局的发展过程。无人系统装备在作战中的使用迅速扩展,这也必将会导致未来战争形态的改变。
Unmanned Systems Integrated Roadmap,which have been released 8 editions by the U.S.Department of Defense(DoD)so far,were systematically reviewed in this paper.Firstly,this paper analyzes the changes in the background of publication and structural content of DoD roadmap;Secondly,the combat missions and DoD organizations that involve Unmanned Systems are analyzed;And then development process of unmanned system and future development trend are described.It is shown that Unmanned Systems of DoD goes through development process from individuality equipment to operation systems,from one domain to cross-domain collaboration,from individuality capability to war.As DoD has embraced the use of unmanned systems across nearly every operating environment,this strategy will lead to war process change in the future.
