天然气长输管道安全风险评估及本质安全优化措施

摘要 由于天然气长输管道自身存在的复杂性,容易受到各种安全风险因素的影响,为进一步提升天然气长输管道的完整性和本质安全,应用层次分析法(AHP)构建了某企业能源化工基地天然气长输管道的安全风险评估体系,确定了评估体系中各项工作的指标权重,明确了需要重点开展的工作内容,在此基础上,实施了确保天然气长输管道完整性及本质安全的多项优化措施,并通过实际测试检验了优化措施的有效性,以期为今后类似工作提供参考借鉴。 Due to the complexity of natural gas long-distance pipelines,they are easily affected by various safety risk factors.In order to further improve the integrity and intrinsic safety of natural gas long-distance pipelines,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to construct a safety risk assessment system for a certain enterprise's energy and chemical base natural gas long-distance pipeline.The index weights of each work in the assessment system were determined,and the key work content that needs to be carried out was clarified.Based on this,multiple optimization measures were implemented to ensure the integrity and intrinsic safety of natural gas long-distance pipelines,and the effectiveness of the optimization measures was verified through practical testing,in order to provide reference and reference for similar work in the future.
